1. Shipping Charges
We are happy to offer Pan-India shipping to all serviceable pincodes.
- Orders above ₹599: We offer FREE Shipping.
- Orders below ₹599: A standard shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
2. Delivery Timeline
We know you are excited to receive your order!
- Processing Time: Once your order is confirmed, we begin processing it immediately from our Ahmedabad facility.

Estimated Delivery: You can expect your package to arrive within 3 to 7 working days, depending on your location.
- Metros: 3-5 working days.
- Rest of India: 5-7 working days.
Note: Deliveries may take slightly longer during public holidays or severe weather conditions.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation Email and SMS with your Tracking ID and a link to track your package live.
4. Service Area
We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. If you are unsure if we deliver to your area, please enter your pincode on the product page to check availability.
5. Damaged or Tampered Packages
We carefully pack every order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
- Important: If you receive a package that looks tampered with, opened, or damaged, please do not accept delivery.
- Take a photo of the package and contact our support team immediately at support@chaavi.in or +91 73831 11738, and we will resolve the issue for you.
6. Modification of Order
If you need to make changes to your address or contact details after placing an order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the order is dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.
