At Chaavi, we want you to love what you wear. We understand that buying clothes online can sometimes be tricky with sizing. Don't worry, we’ve got you covered!

1. The 7-Day "Try It On" Window You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Please ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached.

2. Easy Exchanges (Size Issues)

  • Cost: FREE.
  • If the outfit doesn't fit perfectly, we will exchange it for a different size at no extra cost to you.
  • We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address and ship the new size once the original item is picked up.

3. Returns for Refund

  • Cost: A flat deduction of ₹100 per item will be applied to cover reverse shipping and handling charges.
  • If you simply wish to return the product, we will arrange a reverse pickup.
  • Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check, we will refund the remaining amount (Item Value - ₹100) to your original payment source or bank account within 5-7 business days.

4. How to Request a Return/Exchange

  • Step 1: WhatsApp us at 7383111738 or email support@chaavi.in with your Order ID and reason.
  • Step 2: We will schedule a pickup within 24-48 hours.
  • Step 3: Hand over the packet to the courier partner.

5. Defective or Wrong Products

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or wrong product, please send us an unboxing video or clear photos within 24 hours of delivery. We will provide a full refund or free replacement immediately.

6. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. You can cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. In this case, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment mode.
  • After Dispatch: Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may choose to return the product after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.
